1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and php356 ("php356," "the Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://php356.club.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided on php356.club, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the php356 platform and close any account you hold.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.3 Single Account Rule. Each individual natural person may register only one (1) account on the php356 platform. Any accounts found to be in violation of this rule may be permanently suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.

2.5 Business Entities. Registration and use of the php356 platform is permitted for natural persons only. Registration by corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other business entities is not permitted unless expressly authorized in writing by php356.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your php356 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. php356 will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.2 Unauthorized Access. If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify php356 immediately by contacting our support team. php356 may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC). php356 may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Failure to complete KYC may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.

3.4 Account Closure. You may close your php356 account at any time by contacting support. Any outstanding real-money balance will be paid out to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and the absence of any pending bonus wagering obligations.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods. php356 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq, subject to availability and applicable minimum/maximum transaction limits.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on the php356 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in foreign currency may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

4.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the relevant deposit and withdrawal pages of the platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. php356 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform. Actual processing times may vary depending on the withdrawal method, KYC status, and the volume of pending requests at the time of submission.

4.5 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the account, or to a method that has been verified through the KYC process. php356 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.6 Dormant Account Fees. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly maintenance fee as published on the platform. Players will be notified prior to the application of any dormancy fees.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by php356 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of the relevant bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before a bonus converts to withdrawable real-money funds.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. php356 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. 6. Gaming Rules

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the php356 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations, is the property of php356 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the php356 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of php356.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, php356 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

9.2 php356 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

9.3 In no event shall php356's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming
